Lately I have been feeling like I am becoming a little out of touch with emotions and giving off the ‘idgaf’ kinda vibes to the people around me. Though I do think it is because of the issues that I am dealing with myself that makes it hard for me to be there for someone else, but I still want to be in a position where I can be of a little help, or at least be a little more empathetic.
A book that I read a few years ago that really made a lasting impact (not that lasting either, but I am willing to give it a reread) on me was A Course In Miracles, but any fiction book is certainly welcomed as well.
Thanks 🙂

Strongly recommend nonviolent communication by marshall rosenberg. changed my life and have recommended it to many others who have found it incredibly useful as well. [nonviolent communication](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/71730)
