I won’t get into it much here, but I’ve had to live with a disabled mother since a very young age, and have never seen any type of media with a situation similar to mine. I’ve been searching for quite a bit and decided books are my best bet, but I’m not having much luck.
What I’m preferably looking for is a book with the focus of the parent being disabled from the kid’s perspective, but I’m so desperate I’ll take anything at this point
Any help would be greatly appreciated, even if it’s just pointing me in some sort of helpful direction
Thank you for taking the time to read this, have a good day.
***EDIT: would like to clarify, I meant a physical disability

These may not be exactly what you are searching for, but hopefully may lead you other stories or books you feel connected to. I’m not sure of your exact situation, but more needs to be written on this subject. Perhaps, finding a way to share your own story, if you can one day, may be helpful to a lot of people in a similar situation.
