Hoped the title does it justice!
I’m coming out of a long dark period and looking to rebuild my sense of self. I AM in therapy but we are very focused on CPT right now so I’m aiming to do some self-guided exercises until we wrap that up.
I’m hoping to find some reads and/or workbooks that can help me re-connect with myself with a focus on rediscovering who I am / my identity and building confidence, if that makes sense?
