Hello everyone,
I’m not a strong reader, and I often start a book but never finish it. For me, it would be a real achievement to read even 30 pages of a book. However, I’m trying to read more to improve my vocabulary and pass the time. Could you suggest a good book for a beginner? I’m not a native English speaker, and I’m looking for a romantic novel.
Also, I’ve noticed that some of my friends are reading Franz Kafka and Dostoevsky. Do you think it’s a good idea for me to start with their works, or should I begin with something else?
