A book on why one should care about their appearance and look good?

I know when I wear nice clothes I feel better, and people treat me with more respect. But I rarely do it. And it's like night and day.

I appreciate people who look beautiful, but at the same time I wonder why they care so much, and where they get the energy and time.

I'm not talking about looking hot. Just looking warm and nice.
