I've just finished Deception Point by Dan Brown, loved it.
My favourite book in recent times was Project Hail Mary.
I loved older Jack Reacher Novels.
Orphan X series have also been highly enjoyable.
I enjoyed the Bobiverse first 4-5 books then it got a bit over the top.
I prefer something not too out there, or deep, as I read for casual enjoyment most of the time.
I am wanting a page turning thriller. Bonus Points if it's available on Kindle Unlimited.
