Hello, all! I’m a psychology major in community college (undergrad), and lately I’ve been interested in books about mental health conditions like bipolar, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, agoraphobia, among others. Currently, I have been reading Girl, Interrupted by Susanna Kaysen and am interested in reading An Unquiet Mind by Kay Redfield Jamison once I am done with that. Both of these are memoirs, and I’m interested in reading more memoirs from the perspectives of people with different mental health conditions. Also, if you have any book recommendations about these topics that are leaning more towards the educational route, I wouldn’t completely object if you sent those my way as well. Honestly, I’m interested in learning the ins and outs of these conditions, so hit me with your best shot!
