Hi there!!! My 7th grader needs to select a fiction novel to read for school. The purpose is “to help students authentically engage in conventions and storytelling.”
He enjoys reading but does not read a lot of chapter books/novels, and I’m not very current on what books middle schoolers are reading these days.
Interests include: Pokémon, cats, Lego
Not a fan of Harry Potter
Planning to go to a book store this weekend and seeking any recommendations for novels he might enjoy. Thank you!!
