I’m not sure if this is exactly what you’re looking for, but maybe One Summer in Savannah?
It’s not so much about the rape and pregnancy itself though, more so the aftermath eight years in the future when the main character has to go home and confront her past.
I had mixed feelings about it overall, but I did think it was well written and worth reading.
