I am a quiet person and an introvert. And my dreams get stuck because of this personality. I want to improve my talking skills (not language). Is there any book that can help me? I don't usually get convinced by self-claimed experts. I would genuinely appreciate anything written by a subject matter expert.

**How to Win Friends and Influence People** by Dale Carnegie. A classic for a reason.
Not a book but a global club of people who support each other in speech training: [https://www.toastmasters.org/](https://www.toastmasters.org/) HTH
I always recommend that introverts (and friends and family of introverts) read Susan Cain’s Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking. It’s a great starting point to better understand ourselves.
Here’s a list of books recommended for introverts, with a section on communication: https://upjourney.com/best-books-for-introverts
The other comments here also have great suggestions. Toastmasters is really helpful to practice your speaking skills. And my friend who was really into Toastmasters always recommended Dale Carnegie’s book!
