Hi everyone! I (27F) have been struggling a lot since covid started back in 2020. I have found myself lacking severely with self discipline and holding myself accountable as well as living with gratitude and just overall happiness. I am looking for book recommendations on these topics that may have helped someone else in times like these. It’s been insanely hard for me to force myself out of bed in the morning and take charge of my day. I also find it hard to be disciplined with things as little as a skincare routine, I just can’t force myself to do it. I’d love to have more gratitude and really acknowledge the positives in my life and alter my mindset to a more positive attitude, but I don’t know where to start. I feel like social media is slowly rotting my brain and I want to be more present in life. Any and all recommendations welcome! Thanks so much.
