What are your favorite graphic novels for tweens? I teach a student with severe dyslexia. During the last year she's made incredible progress, but she still doesn't have much stamina for reading a lot of text. She loves Sisters and Smile by Raina Telgemeir. They have just the right about of text and lots of pictures to support the text but are age appropriate. Diary of a Wimpy Kid, for example, has too much text. I'd love to get some recommendations for other graphic novels- for tweens- that are heavy on graphics, light on text. Thanks!
