I’m looking for Medea retellings set (or at least written) during the Victorian period by British writers.
I’ve recently read and loved Medea and realized it has been re-written many times but sadly can’t find many retellings published during the Victorian era (aside from Adam Bede and Mrs Keith’s Crime).
Must have infanticide (preferably done by the mother) as I love that tragic aspect mixed with Victorian standards and politics.
