I really enjoy corporate or government thrillers with a lot of suspense (fiction), and I'm looking around for any books in the last few years that involve the following:
- Corporation or government secrets and shady activity
- People hunted or pursued for learning too much
- Main character learns but takes down bad folks

Midnight in Chernobyl
Newsflesh by Mira Grant. It’s an excellent zombie trilogy where we both cured cancer and the common cold, but when the two meet, they make zombies.
Main two characters are sibling journalists who discover more and more.
