As we approach the Christmas season I figured it would be a good time to dive into the book and give myself the entire month to read it. That being said it’s a daunting read, and I’m mainly concerned about its length and accessibility as a classic. I’m wondering if anyone who has read it can speak to either or both of those points.
Also, does anyone know of any shorter books that are similar in ways where they could be a testing ground for this larger one? Maybe as a way to see if I like the water before jumping into the deep end.
