Help my brain is rotting

Not a troll post, but I can only describe what I’m going through as brain rotting because I’m simply losing my vocabulary. I don’t think I’ve read a book since I was in high-school (which was about 4 years ago). My past self would be disappointed because I was a total book worm and I always had my head in a book. I use to have a very good vocabulary and could use big words in their correct context and things like that, but now I feel like I can’t even speak intellectually. I literally can’t remember words, what they mean, or how to spell them. My brain is genuinely rotting.

I’m pretty sure it’s because after I graduated HS and was stuck at home in quarantine, I stopped reading and I became addicted to TikTok.

Please, any book suggestions to pick up my vocabulary. I loved Fiction Novels like Catcher in the Rye, Lord of The Flies and the Hunger Games. I use to want to be a writer and I would write short stories all of the time. Now days, I have a hard time just writing a paragraph without using google to help me spell and find the correct words.
