Which it is, or at least top 5. Something about this book has always stuck with me, especially the audio version read by Robertson Dean. I think his reading of it is what stuck with me the most. But believe it or not, I haven’t been able to find another audiobook that is equivalent (at least in my peabrain). I keep trying to scratch that itch but I constantly come up short. I’m not saying it’s always a bad thing, I have obviously read and listened to great books since, but I’m dying for another dark, horrifying world like I Am Legend.
With three kids, a career and part-time job, it’s tough to find time to sit down and read, but I am able to listen all day. I am here to ask for suggestions for audiobooks, or books, in the same vein, as “I Am legend.” I have dabbled in and out of Stephen King, but I’ll still appreciate even suggestions from him.
