    I am on a downer in general and I need to do some "yes and"ing. Is there a book that made you feel more motivated or more determined to overcome your fear etc. a memoir, a novel or self help.

    I am reading "fuck your comfort zone" ATM and it is fine. It has some good points and I'm enjoying it ok but I'm not big on self help books usually but I'm open to anything. I need something to help me kick start some positivity. Something that makes me want to seize the day. Throw caution to the wind etc.
