    I understand the title is pretty ambiguous but what I am asking for is basically books talking about how to determine the worth of possible goals you might want to achieve or things you do day to day. i.e. a book that could talk about what makes working out worth or what makes hanging out with friends worth or what makes studying worth your time.

    Just to make it clear I am not asking about books that help people achieve these goals , like atomic habits or deep work, those are just tools to achieve your goals you set. What I am asking for is how to actually set those goals or make those decisions of what to invest your time in.

    I would ofc look up the books on google and see what they are about but I would appreciate it if you could also briefly mention a specific thing that book talks about that made it matter to you personally !

    I am also not THAT deep into reading rn so I would appreciate more easily digestible stuff but ofc, it is not a priority just a additional concern so feel free to suggest stuff that might not be particularly digestible asw if u think they are worth it.
