Ever since I read the 3rd book in the Pagan Chronicles series (Pagans Vows) by Cathrine Jinks I've been a bit fascinated by monks. I recently read Psalm for the Wild-Built & its sequel and am craving more monk characters!
The only genres I don't care for are mystery & thrillers. I would also prefer the books to be adult. If you love a YA or middle-grade book with monks though I will be happy to give it a shot!
I have tried googling some books about monks but they are older lists and mainly feature fantasy (or novels for the show Monk lol). Don't get me wrong fantasy is my main genre but I will give almost any genre a try, including nonfiction.
