I know this gets posted every few weeks here in one form or another. Just looking for an autobiography/memoir or non-fiction in particular about those in their 30s starting over, which is really starting for the first time. Seems like much of advice out there is along the lines of typical reddit solipsism (welp, it's all about what you want and everything is valid) or delusional false positivism of quora (oh well, colonel dipshit at 70 made his first KFC, so if you've spent your life sitting on your ass, just wait until you're 70, it's not physically impossible) that some found inspiration while in a tough spot of having to really get realistic on what you can and can't do. I'm in my 30s and have gotten some help from 12 Rules for Life though that was a little while ago before falling into another rut.

    Thanks.
