It's basically already what the question says. For example as a child a loved reading the books of the Ranger's Apprentice series {by John Flanagan} which no one in any of my classes ever knew before I lent them to a friend and she then also knew them – but no one else did. Nowadays it's more books like »Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency« {by Douglas Adams} which is a bit of absolute madness but all in all quite funny. Finding someone who read Douglas Adams in general is in my environment already quite hard but if so you usually find people who read »The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy« and not much else – although Dirk Gently is quite a fantastic book with also an amazing adaptation as a TV series.
So what is one of your favourite books you read which seemingly no one else does? Maybe you will find someone here who does.
