Hello fellow readers,
Looking for suggestions (fiction or non-fiction) surrounding homelessness with the possibility of street gangs/violence mixed in (or even separate books). I am not a timid reader, so nothing is off the table in terms of violence/triggers. Preferably something gritty. Could be fiction or non-fiction. Bonus points if it’s a rich class vs poor class struggle.
I have Down and Out in Paris and London by George Orwell on audiobook, but was hoping for something more contemporary.
