I’m female 27, after recent break up I got very anxious about relationships. It looks so complicated, messy, I had no example or good relationship growing up and I have no idea how they look like. I don’t understand how it works, why some couples work out and some don’t no matter how “healthy” the communication is, how hard you’re trying. I feel like the more I learn about psychology and healthy relationships, the more complicated it gets. I want to read something that may help with the anxiety. Maybe it’s a story of someone going through something similar? A story of how people successfully build a relationship and stay together? Psychological book from a relationship therapist? Anything.
