ACTUAL OP/strong/non-damsel/competent female main character. Not quirky I'm-so-random types if possible and please don't recommend something like Hermione from HP. I'm looking for stories where the female is ACTUALLY the strongest character not the male, which ALWAYS happens.
No matter who is writing, no matter if it's a "chosen one" story or paranormal or fantasy, the guys always end up stronger, even many times saving the female main character. I'm looking for stories where the female doesn't get saved and isn't weaker – literally recommend any genre, any type of story, anywhere that matches what I'm looking for.
I keep getting recommended books like Pride and Prejudice, which I kind of hate at this point. This is not what I'm looking for and the guy is richer/saves the FMC or something from what I remember a long time ago.
I'm looking for stories where the female is stronger/competent/more powerful/OP. If the female MC gets saved at any point, don't bother recommending please – I automatically hate these books. It's so overdone especially for romance and stuff. That's even more cliche than the male being the most powerful being in the story universe.

The Power, Naomi Alderman
The Lunar Chronicles, maybe? The main female character isn’t flawless, but it is a subversion of usual tropes. The main female character is a prodigy given great powers, and the main male character is a prince who must be rescued by her from an evil queen.
… Carrie ? lol
The locked tomb?
Sabriel series by Garth Nix?
His Dark Materials
I’m pretty sure these count to the best of my memory:
Some Desperate Glory by Emily Tesh
The Bridge Kingdom by Danielle L. Jensen
The Obsidian Tower by Melissa Caruso
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo
