Looking for books about the history of science fiction

Especially from ~ 1900-1980ish. Some of my favourite sci-fi authors are Ray Bradbury, Philip K. Dick, Kurt Vonnegut Jr., and Arthur C. Clarke, so any books about their histories/lives would be appreciated as well.
