Does anybody have any well written books they would suggest that with male love interests that give off a sort of pathetic, wet shivering cat sort of vibe? May contain begging, but I don’t mean in a sexual context necessarily really. Honestly bonus if it’s not sexual. I’d prefer begging or crying for help, his life, not to be hurt, or for someone to keep a secret, something along those lines. But not for the safety of someone else or their love interest in a sort of “don’t hurt them” way. I’d like him really scared for his health and safety. But like they’re good dudes overall and don’t get shafted at the end of the book; I like happy endings. Straight, gay, or other doesn’t matter.
