TL;DR: I've always felt that the world isn't real. I'm looking for books that explore philosophical perspectives on reality, beyond just simulation theory or the Matrix.
Since I can remember, I've felt that my surroundings and the world, in general, aren't real. I frequently experience things that make me question this reality, but I won't delve into specifics here. To give you a better idea of what I'm looking for, here are some concepts and themes I'd like to explore further:
Purpose, Vision, Destination, Path, Sacrifice, Suffering, Consciousness, Reality, Existence, Universe, Teaching, Learning, Wisdom, Foolishness, Life, Love, Hate, Motivation, Responsibility, Discipline, Good, Evil, Matrix, Data, Information, Knowledge, Self-Sabotage, Truth, Escapism, Desire, Privacy, Solitude, Community, Connection, Family, Death, Future, Freedom.
Hope this makes sense… It's overwhelming. It's all connected. It's time to figure some s…tuff out.
Disclaimer: I'm aware of depersonalization/derealization disorder, so please don't suggest that. This isn't about feeling lost or hopeless. I don't need advice on therapy, depression, or mental disorders. I have a therapist and work on my mental health daily. Recently, I was reevaluated by two independent professionals who confirmed I don't have depression. While I still manage bipolar disorder and ADHD, my progress has been fantastic over the past eight years.

{{ Einstein’s Dreams }} is a collection of fictional dreams on time. I find the proposed elasticity of time part of that unreality that you mention.
