High Fantasy w/ Romance

I’m looking for a high fantasy (Game of Thrones / John Gwynne esque) book with a romance subplot. I want something that’s very heavy epic fantasy but also with a decent bit of romance (think like GOT level of romance). I’ve tried some booktok “romantasy” recs and I’m not really loving any of them. Does anyone have any recs?
