What are some decent books that have helped you get through heartbreak, grief, trauma, betrayal, depression?
Best philosophy, psychology or self help books?
I have recently read Attached by Amir Levine and Rachel Heller.
I was blindsided after a 5 year relationship and have been struggling with severe depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideations.
Any suggestions are much appreciated!

For navigating tough times, **”The Road Less Traveled” by M. Scott Peck** and **”Man’s Search for Meaning” by Viktor E. Frankl** offer deep insights into coping with life’s hardships. **”Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway” by Susan Jeffers** can also be helpful. If you’re into memoirs, **”The Year of Magical Thinking” by Joan Didion** is a powerful account of grief and loss.
The Book of Forgiving by Desmond Tutu and Mpho Tutu, and The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer both helped me through some very hard times.
