Hi,
I’m looking for a book that I can read thats not too pushy (cause it can get suffocating) or too motivational (feel bad). Two years ago I suffered emotional and mental trauma from work (toxic workplace), and thus my physical self have suffered. I’ve been emotionally eating my emotions away for 2-3 years now and I wanna make some change. However, I do enjoy that I am living a slow life now and am trying to be kinder to myself since I’ve put myself through one hell of a ride for a few years back.
Self help books Ive read: 7 habits, the mountain is you, atomic habits, ikigai, i used to have a plan, maybe you should talk to someone, tuesdays with morrie and a lot more of the kind.
I dont really know what specific genre I’m looking for so any recomms would be highly appreciated. Sorry for the long context
