I have recently gotten back into reading. (As a constant hobby). And just did another trip to the store to pick up some new manga and look around for interesting stuff.
The issue with the bookstore is that there are waaaaayyyyy too many options and the odds are that at least 80% of them are not going to be to your liking. (Which comes with the territory).
I had picked up The Strange and Eventful History and Fire Exit based on some basic research (mostly looking through prize lists).
My question is that where can I go to read/watch/hear about new book releases and stuff that is award worthy (the reason I say award worthy is that do many books don't even get into longlists that are just as good (sometimes better).
