How to deal with toxic people and decrease stress levels

I’m looking for recommendations on books that help you navigate toxic relationships that are hard to avoid (work environment).

I’ve been recently dealing with a person like this and the stress related to this affects my mental and physical health at this point.

I am worried about long term health consequences and would simply like to gain some perspective to not let this situation get to me as much.
