Hello, I just love spooky books – Halloween, ghosts, witches, vampires, demons… However, I am HUGE wimp when it comes to horror – so is there some spooky, but not scary books? Huge thank you :)))) by Strawberry_Horror_ Related: Books about the dark side of Catholicism and a fantasy book about angels. What classics of English literature do you recommend a teenager to read? Shadowmereshooves on July 31, 2024 2:31 pm Carpe Jugulum by Terry Pratchett is funny and is about Vampires and other creatures from horror.
Past-Wrangler9513 on July 31, 2024 2:38 pm All Hallows by Christopher Golden was a fun, very Halloween story. I didn’t think it was very scary but I had a good time with it. Plain Bad Heroines by Emily Danforth is definitely more spooky than scary. Doll Bones by Holly Black is actually a children’s (maybe middle grade book) but I really liked it and it’s a quick read.
