Suggest me a book with a similar feel to Exquisite Corpse (M/M Horror/Thriller/Dark Romance)

I just finished Exquisite Corpse by Poppy Z Brite and absolutely adored it!

I'm looking for more books with: M/M relationship(s), murder, mayhem, psychologically deranged characters, toxic relationships.

Any and all content is fine, the more disturbing, the better! I’m happy to read translated works.

(I’ve already read Zombie by Joyce Carol Oates. I thought it was interesting but didn’t love it as much as Exquisite Corpse.)
