I’m looking for some good fantasy series
Disclaimer: I’m not ready to commit to Brandon Sanderson 😅
Must have: heavy world-building, politics, epic love story, well executed magic system, good plot twist and mystery, be duology or trilogy, adult or new adult, multiple points of view that lead to eachother, whole spectrum of morality
Good to have, but not necessity: inspired by various cultures
What I don’t want: characters falling in love instantly, șêx scenes on every other page, your typical aggressive MMC, 10 parts series, fae vs werewolves vs vampires, too much of typical tropes, basically any overhyped booktok fenomenons
I don’t mind urban fastasy, high fantasy, a little sci-fi, romantasy, historical fantasy etc.
I’ve read: GOT, The Poppy War Trilogy, The Daevabad Chronicles, The Green Bone Saga, Hyperversum
