Charity book swap

I’ve signed up to a charity book swap at work and need to give a book to a professional lady in her late thirties. Some of my favourite books are:

-Thursday murder club
-The beach
-A lot of Stephen King (all the best ones are probably too long for this idea)
– the Martian

I just don’t want to risk getting something she’s already read so I think the beach and the Martian are too old/mainstream

Any ideas for a fairly light hearted, not too long read that would be good for this challenge?
