I am in a reading slump and want to read something fast paced that immediately grabs interest. I typically read fantasy, sci-fi, mystery/thriller, and romance but I am open to most genres. Please suggest something.

How about Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas? “We were somewhere around Barstow on the edge of the desert when the drugs began to take hold.”
Not the best book in the world but I was definitely hooked on page 1 and didn’t stop reading until I was done. Run on Red by Noelle H Ihli. A thriller I think I read on KU.
