I have read a bunch of fiction books as of late which were very good, great, or even amazing books in a literary sense but I was never very into them. I never got the feeling where I really can't wait to read more of it and that I actively am drawn to reading it. That feeling where you're thinking about the book when you do other stuff or think sometimes that you'd rather be reading that book. Reading has become a chore for me due to this. Working through a great book that just isn't enjoyable to read just kinda sucks. You don't want to miss the greatness but it's not something you actively seek out or want to jump back into that much.
So I need fiction books which does give me that feeling. English language is preferred since I am very familiar with my country's literature and its general poor quality, I would read a great translation of a book from another language though.
