Looking for a book(s) that focus on the balls, barbecues, social life and romances of the Antebellum society prior to the civil war. I particularly enjoyed reading about their lives in Gone with the wind with their parties, bazaars, hoop skirts, etc. before the war ravaged it entirely. Any recs for such books?
