I hope this the correct place to post this question. I'm trying to remember a book I borrowed from the library around or just before COVID.
It was supernatural/fantasy story we the protagonist was stuck in a never-ending laberyth, occasionally meet with his mentor, before eventually encountering somebody else and learn the truth about the laberyth and escaping.
I believe the title stared with a P and had a Latin or Greek sounding name but I may be wrong.
