I'm Puerto Rican, I love a bit of Latin American literature, and I find it difficult finding ones that have been reviewed enough or recommended enough. Any Latinos or non-Latinos who could recommend me any would be great! Doesn't even have to be originally written in Spanish, it simply has to be written by a Hispanic/Latino.

What, exactly are you looking for. In terms of genre/tone more than authors or titles? Anyone could say *One Hundred Years of Solitude* but that seems kind of close to recommending Shakespere when someone asks for English writing. Most people have heard of that one.
I just finished We the Animals by Justin Torres and it is stunning. Short, propulsive and visceral, something you won’t soon forget. He won the National Book Fiction Award last year for Blackouts
