My mom’s trying hard to get me into reading but I find that I can’t focus for too long
I either get bored of just staring at words or get too into it to the point I start imagining purely instead of actually reading.
Preferences:
Mid-low romance, it can’t be the main focus
No slice of life
Preferably has deeper meanings and implications
And ofc has to be interesting
Also, an issue I have is constantly looking at the page I’m on and then counting how long it’ll take for me to be finished, or constantly checking the time while reading.
