Im trying to find any book that is medical or science related that reads in a regular book style and not like a typical statistical book/journal. Although science of any sort isn’t my major, I’ve been interested in learning more about different fields, mainly the medical side of things, more specifically neurology. But really anything is ok for suggestions. If the book can be bought at booksamillion or barbs and noble, even better.

Two come to mind but not neurology related, more medical ethics actually. But still interesting. The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks and Five Days at Memorial. Both left a lasting impression on me.
You enjoy Sam Kean then. Give “Tale of the Dueling Neurosurgeons” a look
