Total noob to philosophy… I’m a natural science and pure math guy. I read “no longer human” by Dazai and shortly after “The stranger” by Camus. I have become obsessed with philosophy. I would like to read more ancient/older texts if possible. I would also like to read more eastern philosophy if possible.
So basically if you can suggest me philosophical books about maintaining an unbothered mind. About being calm, cool, and collected at all times. About being focused and directed but also about being fluid and malleable. About being unfettered. Thanks.
