Any recommendations for a good historical fiction book series? I’m also open to fantasy series like LOTR, ASOIAF, Halo and the Forgotten Realms (read a half a dozen of these books like 2 decades ago).
I enjoyed both the Conquerer and Emperor series by Iggluden, the Kingsbridge series by Follett, and the Roma series by Saylor
Read good things about the Lymond Chronicles by Dunnett and the Eagles of Empires series by Scarrow.
