Hot Zone was great. Have you read Children of Time, written by Adan Tchaikovsky? Earth Abides is also a great read.

The Wager by David Grann. Same author as killers of the flower moon. Granns best book in my opinion. About a mutiny on a shipwrecked vessel off the coast of Patagonia in the age of sail.

I have been reading through all of Stephen King’s novel and novella collections (about 65% done, began in December), and honestly, I have enjoyed every single thing I have read so far, to the point where I actually began listening to audiobooks throughout this journey because I have been so absolutely hooked that I needed to be able to still consume my story but also get chores and cooking done. In particular, the following SK novels *really* held my attention:
* Needful Things
* Misery
* The Stand
* ‘salem’s Lot
* The Dark Tower series
* Insomnia
* Cell
* 11/22/63
* The Green Mile
