Hey all! This is admittedly a weird request for me, but I’ve always had a fascination towards guns and war. (I’m embarrassed to admit that I recently began playing Rainbow Six Siege, and the characters and world created around it piqued my interest.)
I’m hesitant to say that I enjoy war, for obvious reasons, but I do enjoy learning about battles, heroes, and the like. I’m by no means a history buff, but I suppose I like the action and drama side of it all. I feel like I would also enjoy stories based in cities—police, FBI, spies and the like.
One specific thing I appreciate from all my books is building up a scene and painting a picture in the reader’s mind. In this case, things like how a gun operates, looks, etc.. I’m a writer and future dungeon master and so learning how to describe different scenes and objects is something I’m always wanting to learn about!
Other things I enjoy, for an idea: thrillers, mystery, light romance, drama.
