Give or take 50 years or so. I'm getting kinda intrested in history, and I've been intrested in bible stuff, so I want to know what life was like generally. Are there any good fiction books about that era? Something serious and preferably written by an academic. Or just someone who's done a lot of research.
Doesn't have to be just realism. Like, I'm reading 'the buried giant' by Kazuo Ishiguro now and it's obviously fantasy but it has the medevial(?) life vibe. Great book, by the way.
I'll take anything. Please.
