I have an issue with series/sequels. I love them and often get round to them eventually, but can’t bring myself to read two books by the same author in the same year, let alone two books in the same series. I just get bored. But I want to really try to change that so have set myself a challenge to read a duology or trilogy start to finish in August.
I may be particularly in the mood for something fantasy (which I’m not widely read in because there are so many long sequels in the genre scaring me off), or else something with organised crime perhaps.
TL;DR – I’m really open to any genres, other than Romance and Young Adult.
